Clear delivery planning matters when products range from compact optimisers to full palletised systems.
Delivery estimates
In-stock parcel items are expected to dispatch in 1–2 business days. Palletised panels, batteries and complete systems require freight confirmation.
Large and heavy products
The customer must provide suitable access and unloading arrangements. Tail-lift or scheduled delivery can be quoted during checkout.
Inspecting delivery
Check packaging before signing. Photograph visible damage and contact Solarco promptly so the carrier claim can be coordinated.
Returns
Contact support before returning equipment. Electrical products must be unused, complete and safely packed unless they are being returned due to a verified defect.
